This includes general letting, sales or acquisition. The letting and management
of properties are to a large extent inter-related. Every investor to a large
extent wants the optimal value for that investment; so for any successful
letting and property management to be achieved the selection of the desired
caliber of tenants is our focus. A satisfactory tenant would one who has the
ability of not only meeting the initial rental obligations but subsequent rental
and the essential tenants obligations.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Sabrina Properties is greatly concerned about the comfort and well being of each
individual resident in our properties. In insuring this, regular monitoring of
these properties are carried out, and we keep abreast of our client’s needs and
are committed to providing unequalled professional services, which include
I. Liaison and requisite correspondence with tenant or occupiers including the
collection of rents and service charge deposits when due and maintain up-to-date
file records.
II. Prompt remittance of rents upon the deduction of professional fees and other
expenditure authorized by our client.
III. Reorganization of leases and renewals in pace with the current market
trends.
IV. Routine management inspection of the properties to ascertain the state of
repairs in other to advice on repairs refurbishment to improve or maintain a
good state in the property so as to enhance the income/rental value.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
We start off the projects at the initial stage, which is in the advice of
location for the project to the acquisition of the site, and then continue to
the finished stage. Under the direct supervision of our resident Architect and
Engineer, who supervise the other technicians on site to ensure the required
standard and design of the project is adhere to. The sites currently working on

PROFESSIONAL FEES
Our professional fee is based on the ‘scale of professional charges’ of the
Nigeria Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. We are equally open to
negotiations on fees.
